DEPORTED BUT WANT TO COME BACK THROUGH THE LCP !! HELP!!!

hey guys, im new in canada, my wife and i would like to claim a refugge in canada, someone told me i can do it from within canada at Citizenship and Immigration Canada office, but we dont know what the process is, besides we fear to get deported when we ask for it because if we go back to our home country she is in danger to die and so am i.
is it possible to get deported the same day i ask for refugge, whats the process?

Not sure why you repeated your message multiple times, or in an existing thread, but I'll try to answer here although it doesn't have anything to do with LCP.

You may apply for refugee status in Canada. Start here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/refugees/inside/index.asp

Deportation is not an instantaneous process and once you have started the refugee process, you will be allowed to make your case before the IRB. If the IRB rejects your claim, then you may be deported. Recent changes have made deportation after an unsuccessful refugee claim much faster, but filing a claim will not lead to your immediate deportation.

Were you subject to a deportation order or a departure order? If it was a deportation order (or a departure order that changed to a deportation order) you are banned from re-entering Canada for life. To return you would need to obtain an ARC ("Authorization to Return to Canada").

A departure order says you must leave (and obtain acknowledgment of departure) in 30 days. If you don't leave it becomes a deportation order, which means you are prohibited from returning to Canada without an "Authorization to Return to Canada" (ARC).
