deported apply for canada

hello members, im an indian national and had been living in ireland before. due to a traffic offense the immigration officer didnt extend my visa and thereafter issued my deportation immediately. I didnt get any stamp on my passport. I left for india and now after 4 years i want to apply for canada.

my question is, can i apply for canada without showing anything from ireland means i never have lived there nor deported because these countries do not share immigration data. please advise

No. If you lie to CIC you will be setting yourself up for big problems. It's called "misrepresentation" and Canada takes it very seriously. Maybe you want to be deported from Canada as well? What was the specific traffic offence? If it was DUI, this is a show - stopper.

it was driving without insurance and my licence was at home so they caught me and took me to police station but later on i was released with having 400euro fine. they took my finger scanning as well

but how CIC is going to know about it if i dont mention it at all......

if i disclose this to them, they would probably reject my visa application

What makes you think that when/if they do Police/Security checks on you that they won't find out?
Are you seriously going to try and start your time in Canada by breaking immigration law?

i know someone who was deported from spain few years back. then he applied for canada and didnt mention in the form that he ever been to spain so cic didnt ask him to provide police cert and eventually he got the visa.......im off doing the same, dont want to destroy my chance of being in canada by telling them the truth....im not criminal, people make mistakes but it doesn mean they should be thrown away like scrap. im an educated person and wish to be in a place of happiness like others......im sure a lot of people in this forum have lied to visa officer to get their visas approved, why not me then!!!

one of my friends got deported from uk and now he's applying for canada. he's making a new passport doing the same thing what you're talking about.

How u gonna show that u were never in Ireland,, there must be visa on your passport,, and of course entry /exit dates,, if u are planning to send new passport they still asks for the information of any canceled passport,, I know u can get certificate from India,, u can fill this 4 years gap with any fake work experience,, u can get police certificate by bribing,, if u think u can get away with all this crap,, go ahead why asking ,, to sell ur lie u must believe it first,,

Do mention to CIC that you went to Ireland, but after your visa expired and you came back to India. Why would you show them you were deported? Can you tell me, what were your visa issued and expired dates? tell me the departed date too..

Don't honestly mention that you broke the record and if the embassy share information with each other, then you're screwed, otherwise don't mention about your Ireland offence like a honest person. This gives negative effect, they would think you'll do the same in Canada too.

Misrepresentation

When a person makes false statements, submits false information, or submits false or altered documents when dealing with CIC. This is a crime. Documents can include:
passports and travel documents,
visas,
diplomas, degrees, and apprenticeship or trade papers,
birth, marriage, final divorce, annulment, separation or death certificates, or
police certificates.
Lying on an application or in an interview with a CIC officer is also an offence under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

Misrepresentation renders a person inadmissible to Canada for a period of 2 years.

Well then in this case, making a new passport is the only case. But he did mentioned about his Spain friend story. CIC didn't asked about the police clearance of the Spain from that person. Then he's good to go !!!

Read carefully dude he says he never mentioned that he was in Spain,, thats all he can do ,, but there is very high risk,, if he ever get caught he will face big problem,, cause they do thorough security check. When u apply for PR and eventually citizenship,,,

He has to be luckiest person on planet to get away with this,, I don't support lie,, but if intentions are good lie can be justified,,, and God help u too,, go a head and apply because if u say truth,, they will never let u in ,,,

Oh yes..

Well either you make a new passport..or cover the gap somehow like that Spain person did..ask him for the help but then again members are supporting you will get problem in PR..its upto you...

Then again, Do you think; you will get pass by mentioning your good intentions in CIC about your Ireland offense. .I dont think so..
