Hi,
I would like to know what is deportation.
In my case, i went to NZ on study permit, successfully completed my study followed by work permits for 3-4 years. Then i decided to pursue further studies so i applied for a study permit but this time i applied totally different study stream. I successfully obtained study permit. I went for college but could not carry on as it was different stream and couldnt understand. Then i applied for the different course study permit but it got rejected. I did put one appeal to ministry but it didnt accepted. So, i went back to india. There was no deportation order during all this episode.
Will this considered a deportation? Will it impact my study permit application of canada?

Regards
Priya

It's not a deportation.

You will however have to declare the refusal and also the appeal in your study permit application.

Well i think it's not a deportation it is sth that u were rejected for a visa.I think you should apply for canada or australia. It would be a good idea. Moreover, you have international exposure.
Deal with a good immigration company they ll guide u well
The Chopras or Canam Consultants LTD ll be a good idea

Its not a deportation. In your SOP mention the reasons clearly.

Apply on your own as most of the agencies are crooks and after their commission only. CIC website explains things very clearly and if still you
need some help then ask here. Be confident and positive as visa approval is not in hands of any agents but on how well you put your case before the VO.

All the best.
