Deportation from Canada

My Girl friend was deported back to China re over stay, also not reported address change, etc.
No real crimes done.
If I go to China, marry her. Can I get her back into Canada?
Deportation is Life time band from re entering Canada.
I live in Ontario Canada.
Who is VERY good Law Firm that deals with Deportation?
I know I will need ARC from immigration. Any examples.
How many really get ARC's Letters to return to Canada?

A law firm can only fill out paperwork.. they cannot bend the law, whatever it may be. Your best bet to find a definite answer is to read Canada's government website on this matter.

Your girlfriend must have done more than simply overstaying, to receive a lifetime ban.

What do you mean by saying, "No real crimes done"?

Did she receive a certificate of departure?
Was she escorted?
Did she pay her own fare home?

i think there is also a 3 year removal order. the paperwork the gf received would specifiy.
