Depends not in canada and received PR portal email

hello

I received email that my PR is approved and I need to confirm on PR portal that me and my dependent’s are in canada

my dependent recently moved to india for 3-4 months due to family emergency and currently don’t have visa to come back

once I inform thay my dependent’s are outside what is next step. IRCC will start my PR processing again or dependent’s will receive passport request letter

anyone had similar case ??

How did you resolve this issue? I am in the same situation right now. Myself and my wife moved to USA and now received PR portal request but I am not able to go to canada due to stamping issue.
