dependents visa (Wife & Daughter) checklist for Canada

Hi,

I have valid Visa ,Temporary Work permit and LMO.
I am travelling next week for Canada so before leaving I wanted to submit all required document to Embassy.

Can you please share me the dependents visa (Wife & Daughter) checklist for Canada?
My physical presence or signature required during visa processing from India?
My Wife Passport having my name so in that case marriage certificate required?
What is the processing time for dependent visa?
