Dependents passport ? leave blanks in forms Urgent Pls?

Pls advise me. I am New member and applying in skilled category 0213 I have 5 kids aging from 9-20. Thier passports are not ready but forms asked for passports details shall i make first and then fill form or what?

my advice (i'm no expert)

firstly don't leave any blanks in the forms, fill in something, like "see attached"

second, attach a letter or note explaining what you are doing about passports for your family and that you will provide the details in due course
