Got my IELTS results too yesterday. Got 8.5 in listening and reading and 7 in writing and speaking. Got a total band score of 8. I claimed 16 points in my application. So at least it confirms it.

if english is not your native languge you are required to submit proof of english proficiency ( ielts ).

if were you working full time from 2002 to 2004 whille you were taking your masters degree ( working at least 37.5 hours a week ) then you can put in your experience from 2002 - up to the time you were working. still you only need 4 years to earn the full 21 points.
