Dependents got eCOPR, but primary applicant didnt get eCOPR

In the express entry profile it shows all stages completed and final stage is shows as approved. all of us got Document number in EE profile site , but in PR confirmation portal , I didn't get my eCOPR.

My Closed work permit is getting expired by Dec End and I planned to apply for extension.

But anyone acing similar issue , primary applicant didn't get eCOPR but dependent has got ? have sent email to IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca . But no response for almost two weeks.

tried calling Customer care , but not able to connect.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi bro it’s same happened with me
Me and my husband both got portal 1 request on November 21 and we both replied back in same email so my husband got portal 2 request on December 3 and he is my dependent but as I am the main applicant I haven’t received it and I called IRCC so agent told me to reply back on his portal 2 requested email that primary applicant and dependent both needs same portal account and wait so now I am waiting after all these please reply back if you got any update ??

Experiencing same to me now … its been 2 weeks.. and this inquiry forum is already 3 years and pretty sure you got your PR by now.. enlighten me pls what timeline you got ecopr
