any advise on how i can include my two kids (ages 20, 21) as my dependents for my spousal sponsorship? they are both in school still, if that helps. thank you!
You can't at this time. The dependent age is still under 19. The dependent age rule is supposed to change this October. You'll have to wait for the new rule to come into place in October.
