Dependent Visitor record extension

Hi,

I applied for my WP extension along with open WP for my spouse and visitor record extension for my minor son in July. They sent my WP and my spouse open WP but I didn't received any letter for my son. Can anyone help , do I need to wait or is it a different process altogether to extend the dependent visitor record ?

Have you contacted CIC? Is your son out of status now?

I used 5708E, got the Visitor record letter today
