I wish to fly to Canada with my wife who got student visa. She is studying online from home country and one semester is completed
What are the chances of my visa approval if I apply for dependent visa(open work permit) before she lands there?

Processing depends where you live. Plus you need written authorization to travel since you didn’t apply at the same time as your spouse. You need to show strong ties, more funds and reason to return home.
