My wife has applied for MS in Canadian university( FDU ) for sep-2015 intake.she wants me to come with her.
now my questions raises what to do?
1. Should i apply for visa and change it to work permit after arriving in Canada.
2. Should i apply combine with my wife visa
3. what are the chances of getting

As In cic website, you can apply visa along with your wife. While apply visa by your wife, she should include that she is accompanying you .

1. Your decision. You have option to apply for a TRV or OWP. Application for OWP include TRV as well.
2. You must apply separately but you have option to send both applications together in one envelope.

most of the consultancies are informing to apply trv after 3 months.
which one should i go either apply with my wife or after 3 months after her arrival in canada
