I am from India, my would be spouse is working in Canada but doesn't have PR yet.
I am planning to pursue my higher studies in Canada. I understand that since my spouses visa is a work permit, I will not granted a study permit for my dependent visa.
What Path do you guys reccomend.
1) Apply for student visa in India.
2) Go to Canada on dependent visa and scout colleges properly and apply for the write on... then come back to India and change visa to Student.
3) Go to canada on visiting VISA apply for colleges and then change my visa status to study.
Which one will take time to process, as I am planning to join colleges in September because I am worry I wont be able to make it to any earlier semesters due to visa process time taken.
