Hi,

I am Bhavesh Vyas. I am planing to put PR files for CSQ. I collected all the documents. I completed IELTS as well (L-6, R-5.5, W-5.5, S-5.5).

I am planing to put PR file for me and my Spouse. For that I calculate points and its 57. To enter for both PR it should be 62.

I gave DELF A1 (65, L-16, S-14). I gave DELF A2 and waiting for result, if I scored 16 in Listening and Speaking, then no issue for me to apply for CSQ PR.

On other side, I think that if I do not get required score, then what should I am going to do?

I am planing that, first I put PR files for me only and enter to QUEBEC, after that I will call to my spouse on dependent visa.

Questions:
1) Is this good idea to do like this?
2) if Yes, how much time it will take to call my dependent (Spouse)? and How?
3) How many years VISA she will get?
4) Will she work, if she will come to QUEBEC?

I will appreciate, if answer me in positive way.

Merci..

Regards
Bhavesh

if you are legally married, you must put your spouse into application.

You have to wait until March 31st 2013, because Quebec Immigration has stopped taking new applications under Skilled Program, unless you have job offer there.

also language test for French has to be done for both husband and wife if you want points in Language section
