Dependent visa for a minor (GCKey account)

Hi everyone,

Application of my wife and I are under process for study and work permit. We are blessed with a child and we want to apply for our child's visa. Can you please tell me the procedure? Do I have to add an application of my child from my GCkey account or do I have to make a new GCkey account for my child?
I have already raised a webform and informed them by submitting birth certificates but received no response.

Not at the moment, i'll look up. But once you send webform requesting to add dependant, they will respond with the application package
