dependent or not

Hi
Please need your advice. I am 19 yrs old and planning to travel to canada with my mom. I am full time enrolled in university. My question is am I qualify as dependent so my mom fill up my application form or i have to do my own. I am confused..... please help me . What age is still count as dependent?

Hi,

As you are 19 years of age, you are not a minor child. You can apply on your own. You must mention that you will be accompanying your mom
