hello experts,need your help very badly i am in a very hectic situation
before i shoot my questions i would like to explain my situation
firstly i am an indian citizen,i got canada pr at the age of 13 sponsered by my father(canadian citizen now) but because of my family financial situation i was supposed to study in india.I applied for a travel document when i was 22 but got rejected as immigration officer gave an explanation saying y didnt you approach at the age of 18/19 and asked to appeal but i didnt go for appeal and lost my pr status.
my bf stays in canada on open work permit which is valid till 2018 and he is applying for pr next month too.
i am 24 now,we are getting married by the end of this year in india.
i am a dentist in india.
my bf is a software employ in toronto.
i would like to stay with my husband after my marriage.
my questions are
1) what visa should i apply open work permit /dependent visa(trv) or any other alternative?(based on which 1 has high successfull rate)
2) An uneducated spouse is eligible for open work permit or no?
3) i am a dentist in india i know this degree is not valid to work in canada in my profession and i am ready to do any job for time being till i get a pr,if i apply for owp does my dental status would affect to get this visa ?
4) as i lost my pr status previously does it affect to get a owp or pr visa in future?
5) where i can find the application and checklist for owp?
6) what is the processing time for trv as well as owp?
