Can a dependendent under the home support worker pilot program leave the country during pr processing? If they leave the country will their pr application be cancelled and will it affect the primary applicant and the other dependent?

(There are 2 dependents but one plans to leave the country)

Will he still be able to get his PR?

There is no problem to travel. if the person is leaving Canada for good I suppose you need to communicate ircc.

Yes, it doesn't matter. The last step is to confirm your physical presence in Canada, so when you get that e-mail, he can enter Canada (I suppose he has a visa to enter Canada) and confirm that he is in Canada. However, anything can happen until you get your PR ( interviews, request additional documents), which can cause delays because he is not inside Canada, so plan carefully. If you can avoid this travel, that would be best.
