Reading 4.0

Will be I able to claim the points for her exam.

Also can i go ahead for the process without claiming the point of the score.

Yes you can get points for your spouse ielts score under fsw category, you will get 5 additional points under adaptability factor if ielts score meets clb4 criteria. The score you are showing lacks 0.5 in listening module.
So at this time I should say sorry you are not going to get any points.

Will be I able to claim the points for her exam.Yes you can claim points for her, given her score you may be able to get 2 points. Points are claimed against each section so reading and writing would fetch you 1 point each. Use any CRS calculator available in forum. CRS Grid and points http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp

Also can i go ahead for the process without claiming the point of the score.Yes you can apply without her points as well.

Just need to know if the IELTS score for spouse is compulsory at all. No its not compulsory but it may help you in getting better scores in express entry.
