I doubt that academic grades can be a ground for refusal

i am struck with a situation, need your help.
i have landed in Canada as a Permanent resident in month of january 2016,
My wife has received COPR and still in India.

I was blessed with a baby boy in month of February 2016.
I want to add to him in my application and get Permanent Residence to Canada.
I spoke to CIC call agent, they told my wife's file is still in India as she is with COPR
Please help me in this regard, where and how to apply? what forms to submit?

U are doing things too late ..... If baby is born uh need to tell embassy right way after getting copr for wife ...
U need to return copr and visa to new delhi embassy they will tell uh to fill forms for new born baby medicals pcc for babby.. Do it fast already u wasted 4 mobthd having cpor with you.
If doing delay like this they will close your file .then u need to apply from frst step.they are very strict in these thing bcoz they saud in letters in circumatnce chnages rightway tell embassy . Bro do it fast say mp about this

You need to return your wife's COPR and add your child as an accompanying dependant.

If your wife lands in Canada without declaring the child, the child will never be able to be sponsored.

Because the COPR does not list your child as dependent accompanying you for PR. If wife lands as PR with COPR not listing child, child would be banned from being sponsored by you or wife. Plus the child also need to complete medical before wife lands as well. If no medical is done on child, child is still banned from being sponsored.

Contact the ND office and inform them of the birth. They will tell you what is required.

I have informed them long back about childs birth and they replied me to send documents but didnt specify what documents.
If you know what forms to send it would be great help.

i am planning to send
1 addition of family information form
2 fees of 150 cad
3 upfront medicals
4 all other documents like birth certificate, passport copy, copr of wife, my p r card copy

please suggest me for any other process or documents

When was the sponsorship app submitted and how old were you at the time?
