Are you using representative or you are doing the application for your son? What does it say for PA in ECAS? Is it In process or In progress? I would think that you are in Canada now? and you are PR? or Canadian Citizen?

Maybe you should order GCMS notes and see what might be the issue? One thing is for sure a decision is coming soon;)

Whats the gcms notes? Yes hopefully its soon. School starts soon and i want my son to study here in canada. He is actually here with me right now(visitor visa) its just so hard without any updates nor emails from them. I dont know whats going on? Is it normal for them to exceed the processing time? Without even asking anything from us. They dont need any documents, no interview needed, medical passed. So really i dont know whats holding it

No worries;) Since he is already in Canada on a visitors visa, it's not a rush and that's why it will be twelve months process and he will get his visa.
