I haven’t received PPR for the PR application yet but for the TRV application, it took them 2 weeks to stamp; that too because I had sent 2 webforms for expedited stamping. I think normal timelines are around 21 business days.

Does anyone got this message while registering for the application Status -Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

Medical request : May 30th - Did medicals on same day.

Question : Do we need to track using Sponsor UCI and kid's application number or the kid's UCI and application number for tracking status on https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login?
Just to let you all know, I applied for Visitor Visa soon after I got the Sponsor eligibility completed and AO generated. It was approved within 21 days and we submitted the passport for stamping and got back in 3 weeks. Meanwhile we also got PPR but we had planned flight tickets and hence I got daughter on Visitor Visa on 1st Aug 2025. I submitted the webform informing the same as mentioned in PPR after which I got the P1 email on 11th Aug 2025. I sent all required details and awaiting for P2.

I'm having problem to link my familiy member to my GC account. Could you share with me how did you find your kids UCI numbers?
I had it in my original GC account, didn't take notes, but for error in the answers that account was locked. I created a new one, linked my application without any problem, as principal applicant, but I can't link my family members applications.
I'll be very usefull to now how you obtain de UCI, so I can use the status tracker instead.
If you have received Medical Request, you can check IME document to find UCI number.
Also, when you add application in the GCKey account, you should have options other than UCI to search and add your kids' applications like application number and birth date details. Application number, you should be able to find in some of the emails you have received from IRCC.
If it doesn't help perhaps you can try reaching out to IRCC and they can help you with UCI numbers.

2. Apply for passport as soon as possible.
3. For Passport - Birth Certificate is required, depending on the municipality getting a BC may also be time consuming, so prioritize that.
4. Biometric (fingerprint/photo) - not applicable for kids below 14. No need to pay biometric fee.
5. Sponsor must be in Canada to apply.
6. If possible, keep a few photos of the baby, yourself and your spouse to prove relationship. (Optional) Or else, apply for Adhar Card which should have the name of the sponsor to prove relationship. (Apart from Passport and Birth Certificate, IRCC ask for proof of relationship such as photos.)

I am trying to track the application with the application number and my UCI number but can not do so.
I have also tried to link this application to my existing IRCC account but I failed.
Would you please guide me how to do it ? Do you provide your name or childs name and information when they ask the questions while linking the application in the GC key account or creating the account in the tracker ?
