1)When spousal PR visa is stamped,Is the visa expiry date be calculated as I year from Medical done date or from Medical letter issued date?

2)How can we extend first landing.Is it something easy or not recommended

IMM0008 form which address do I need to provide? outland or Inland?

You keep asking the same question. There is no wiggle room. You must be living in Canada to sponsor a child.

Hello All,
I had applied for my minor child's PR. The application was submitted via the new online portal on the 19th of April 2022 via the new portal. So far I haven't heard anything back from IRCC and also the "View" button is disabled. The child is in Canada on a visitor visa.
How long is IRCC taking to send the AOR these days?
Is anyone else here with a similar timeline? Please share yours to keep each other updated.

The PR portal (where it says view application) is different than the PR tracker. For me the PR portal showed greyed out view application, so I believe this is normal. You can access the PR tracker here: https://prt-srp.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

Dependant Child Only - Online Outland. Biometrics and Background exempt due to age.
Cuba - 5 years old - medical already done in Russia Jan. 2022 with Dad's PR app which took 18 months Aug 2020 - Feb 2022, he landed April 2022.

2022May13 (day 1): Online outland dependant only submission.
2022Aug20 (99 days): AOR.
2022Sept15 (126 days): PR card of sponsor submitted. COPR of sponsor originally submitted as we didn't get the PR card until July 4, 2022.
2022Sept22 (132 days): SA
2022Oct4 (144 days): webform submitted to México - submitted legalized copy of parental consent (not requested, but better scan copy than non-legalized consent submitted originally).
2022Oct5 (145 days): PR tracker shows Eligibility started
2022Oct12 (152 days): pre-arrival letter/ services, PR tracker shows eligibility completed, and COPR number showed up on PR tracker
2022Oct17 (157 days): PPR with appointment in Havana for 2022Oct25 (165 days).

1) Medical done date, or passport expiry whichever is sooner.

2) You MUST enter Canada with COPR before COPR expiry - or have to apply for PR from scratch. (This caused huge disruption in March 2020).

Hi,

I got my Child PR application returned today for the same reason (missing signatures IMM 1344). Did you update all the forms for resubmission or just updated the ones with missing signatures. Also did you submit scanned copy of these forms with manual signatures.

Hi - I am in process of applying for PR for my child. I have a question about the point #6 in the document checklist: "Declaration from Non-Accompanying Parent/Guardian for Minors Immigrating to Canada (IMM 5604)"

My spouse, daughter and I moved together from another country. My spouse is not listed as a co-signer because I meet the financial requirements. Do I still need to submit the above form and fill out Section#6?
