Dependent Child Removal CIC stage

Hello All,

Can any one suggest of my query:
I'm SINP applicant, i nee to remove dependent application form CIC application, Hence we are giving up for adoption. can you suggest, how to inform CIC and do i need to provide any documents for the giving up adoption of child. Even we completed the medical stage, current status is review in medicals.

Please advice.....

I have raised the IRCC web form. When can expect reply and how much time they will give.
