Dependent Child Application

Hi All,

I have a daughter born In India. My wife was already on PR but we got a pre-mature baby born in India.

Now my wife is staying with me in Canada, we both are on PR and applying for my dependent child PR (She is in India).

I have few questions:

1. Do my wife need to be a co-signer?
2. If not, do we need to sign IMM 5604? Also do we need to add any letter of explanation there?
