Good day, does a dependant child, 19, have to enter for the first, at the same time as his mother on their PR visa. Or can he arrive later?
As he wants to finish college in China.

If he does come with his mother how long must he stay, will he need to stay until he gets his PRcard, or can his mother get it and take it back to him when she visits China? Thank you

A dependent can land after the Principal Applicant, as long as their COPR is still valid.
