Hello All,
one of my friend came to Canada as a visitor and from within canada he applied for the student visa and it was approved, later he went to border and the cbsa refused the study permit saying that you have came here to settle and will not issue the visa and asked him to return back to his home country in 30 days and he left the country, Now he wants to come back to canada as a visitor can he come back? Or will there be any complications. Please advise.
