i am dairy frozen department manager at Walmart at pay of $14/hr ( 12.65 as basic pay). I do have 1 year experience.
If someone had got his or her PR in CEC by working as same position can please tell me

if you have 1 year CEC then just apply. you will qualify since you are at a supervisory position

My friend 's lawyer told her that department supervisor or manager don't qualify for cec. It should be store supervisor or manager position.

Do you supervise other staff?

This would be the most likely NOC, but IRCC will likely not accept it if you do not do the "supervisory" duties...
