Here's the background - I am American and my husband is Canadian. I do classes online with a progressive university. My schooling is very cheap - I will probably pay about $3k for my bachelor's degree. Maybe 6K for my Master's with the same university. (My university does school in a different way and lets me test out of classes because of my job experience without extra fees. It's only available to US citizens.)sidhardh said:
