applied mid July....I am from Belize and I applied two times to visit close friends in Canada and was told they weren't sure if I would come back. I have a really secure and steady job, but im not sure if I excluded anything in my letter or in the job letter. And my travel history has only 7 years of enteries to Mexico only, i found my old passport that shows my old American Visa and stamps will that help if i try again.
