I applied for a study leave at my Organization, been working there for 10 years.I studied Sociology .l am currently the Admin officer/ head of my Unit (Human Resource Unit). I applied for Autism and behavioural Science at the Mohawk University.I chose the course because it was related to my first degree (Bsc Sociology). I gave all supporting documents, bank statements, did not resign my Job,i applied for 2 years study leave without pay. For the approval,My Organization sent a letter of recommendation to the Permanent Secretary,to be approved by the Minister. Unfortunately, time was running out,i had to submit my application without the approval.I hoped to go study and come back so as to enhance my career but I was denied the visa. Please assist me on why I was denied and how I can convince them so I can get the Visa...Thank you.
