Hi people I wanted to find out, if I file for appeal on asylum and was denied. Will I be deported back to my country or the country I came in from?
As I came in from USA by road I mean canada border in Usa but I'm not a citizen of United state and I don't have a legal stay neither do I have a visa to stay in Usa as my visa already expired long before now, but I still went through this process. Can someone please advice me will I be sent back to the border or my original country. I have a 1 year old and I'm also pregnant at the moment. Please help

Too late at this point but having a Canadian child does not guarantee that you’ll be able to stay in Canada. It sounds like you have been living as an undocumented immigrant in the US before walking across the Canadian border not at a legal border. Unclear whether this is the 2nd child you have had in Canada but one of the things that may increase your chances if your appeal is denied and you file an H&C is working and not depending on any form of welfare. Agree with the previous post that you will get deported to your home country.
