Denial of VISA under 179(b)

My VISA application was refused under rule 179 (b) stating,
"I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in Paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status "

I am a an Employee in a Public Sector Undertaking and intend to visit Canada during my stay in USA.
How can I reapply ?
What supporting documents I need to produce when I apply again.
Will I be denied second time ?
How do I prove mu genuine intentions ?

You need to provide your full profile including what documents you submitted with the application and the length of your stay in Canada.

I applied TRV for my mom, application got rejected with the same reason

I am working for Government Owned Public Sector Undertaking .
I have submitted all the documents that were asked in the online application .
Have enough funds in My bank account to stay for atleast for amonth.
I intended to visit Canda for 3 to 4 days only.
Kindly advise.

I also have my Employer's letter address to Canadian consulate in Mumbai and also can submit Bank statement and Income tax returns for last 3/4 years .
