Delivered to recipient’s delivery partner

Hi,

I sent my inland spousal sponsorship application( pr+owp) via Canadapost.
It’s delivered, but it says it’s delivered to the recipient’s delivery partner.

Is this normal??

Hello ! Ours was delivered last week and it said the same thing. I suppose it was delivered at the reception of the building and that it will be delivered to the CPC office afterwards. When you look on Google map, CPC is not the only office in that building.

The same thing was shown for us when we sent our PR (June 2020) & follow up PR picture (August 2020). I asked at Canada Post & they told us this was perfectly normal. My wife now has her CoPR (June 2021) & we are awaiting just the PR card itself.
