According to the tracking spreadsheet, 29% of applications which were received on Oct 13th, have not received AORs.

Oct 13th applicant here. Just got AOR today. Delivered to PO Box, signed by T Allen (not that it matters, I think it's Thomas Allen).

Someone from Canada Post told me that the Canada post person who delivers to post box just signs when it’s delivered!

Thanks! Pretty sure that's not the case here, because T Allen also signed for applications sent to the courier address .. if posts on this forum are to be believed.

Also, I recall the same person signed for my PR application 4-5 years ago.
