Delhi university - Individual semester/year marksheets required?

So I have the original transcripts from Delhi University which are like a Consolidated Marksheet and come in a sealed envelope that we usually send to the WES for assessment.

However, someone recently told me that we should also have the Individual semester /years marksheets because the Canadian embassy requires those as well. Now I don't have the individual semester /year marksheets. I thought that the transcripts would suffice.

So my question is that do we need those individual marksheets or will the transcripts be enough?

First u will have ro send that seal thing directly from univ.. u cannot post it.. read new rules.. and wes just needs consonlidated from univ ... but i repeat that envelope should be sent by univ dorectky ans not u

The WES part i have already done. I was asking whether I will need Delhi university marksheets for Canadian embassy?
