I have applied for study permit in non sds offline on 11 october can anyone tell how much more time delhi ircc will take to give decision.

When you linked your paper application to your GCKey account, did it show the Application Type as Online Application?

Yes, after linking my paper application to gckey account it is showing as online application. Could you please help me out if there is any issue.

You should apply Caips notes to check status of your application.
Did you recieve Correspondance letter?
