Delhi Office September intake 2015 Visa

Hi All

I have applied on July 20 and still waiting for my visa decision , My status is medical passed since past 2 weeks , i applied online and waiting classes are starting next week .
Any suggestions what should be done in this case ? should i defer my intake ? and in this case do i have to apply again ?

any idea what happens to such casses , i mean those that are delayed in decision

i applied on 8th july , paper based files under processing at delhi office,got medical request 31 augsut, how long it gets to get visa after medical???my class is starting from 10th september.
