I applied on 8th july and got a mail on 26th july for interview .

You Applied on 13th Right? I read on a forum that people who applied on 12th got a call for Interview and People from 11th July got the visa.
I assume you'd get the Visa today or by 1st august, going by the current pace of New Delhi Embassy

medicals passed on July 20,
Final decision : Not started
