hii , if i change the information in my application before submission , will it be seen by cic or not ?

the point is are you supposed to declare them or not. If you don't declare them, they won't be able to claim you as sibling in future for Canadian immigration. I think it should be okay if you wish to do so.
They won’t ever think of immigration, but i just don’t want cic to see that i am hiding siblings info
If you hide or leave out intentionally, you won't be able to sponsor them in future. By the by why are you hesitant on adding them.? This might keep lingering in your mind after you submit your application if your so concerned .
They are 10 , distant , living in another city , i am just scared if cic might ask for any of their documents like birth certificates or sny think that I won’t be able to supply
They don't ask any documents pertaining to any relatives other than spouse and kids.
They ask documents for siblings only if they are Canadian citizens and if you claim points through them.
Yes they asked for my sister as i am claiming points for her .
So i think it’s better to leave the info as it is. ... it won’t hurt

declare your half siblings, you only need to mention their date of birth and city of residence. I say liste them. Just in case.
Birth certificate was asked just so you can prove why you're claiming points for your sister and to confirm she really is related to you.
