delayed study permit extension

I have applied my study permit extension on July 31st, on last day of my study permit expiry, got confirmation on next day of submission, they asked to submit additional letter before sep 13 and I have submitted on Sept 11, they have read the additional document, my application is still under processing and it has been more than 8 months now, when I call them they say total wait time is 9 months, I am worried. Please reply

Why did they say 9 months? Thats not the processing time for study permit. I suggest you send a webform and possibly seek the help of your local MPs office.

I have send the web form but did not got any reply and I also went to service canada , they said just wait
