Delayed Passport Stamping

Upon receiving PPR request on 5th Dec 2023, I submitted my passport to vfs Japan on 6th Dec which should be processed at the IRCC office in Manila Philippines. But I have not got any update after 11 Dec, which said that it is under process at the IRCC office. Is there any reason for such delay ? Anyway to contact IRCC office for this issue ?

Yes ! The last update was on 11 dec stating it has been received at IRCC and under process.
