Manila visa post will forward you medical instructions - you may want to post in the family sponsorship section of the forum as it has a detailed Manila Applicants thread.

Have you been to the family sponsorship thread for Manila applicants - there is a heavy dose of Tagalog with plenty of detail...what do the instructions on the application guide say for medicals? Who runs the visa post - CIC or IOM? Sure do the medicals and send via IOM but where will you get the medical forms and what happens if your medicals expire prior to processing..if you are ok to potentially redo the medical then not an issue.
