hello po, i just received an email from the embassy,
Dear Ms. XXXXXXXX,

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please be advised that we have not received your medical results which apparently you have taken on October 14, 2010 at the Nationwide Health System Dvo, Inc. under Cinderela P. Baruiz, MD.

Kindly follow-up your medical results with Nationwide Health System Dvo, Inc. and request that these results be sent to our office asap.

i felt so disappointed coz until now hindi pa napapadala sa embassy yung medical result ko.. matagal na akong nag follow-up and they told me na sent na daw.. did anybody had same situation with me? what can i do 2 make sure that ma send nila ang medical ko?? pls.. help thanks..

Hi sweetsmil_mona,

Ask your DMP (Cinderela P. Baruiz, MD.) to fill out another copy of the medical results, and send it to your visa office. You can also request she obtain a tracking number, so both of you know it was received. It's possible she may have mailed it originally, but it was somehow lost in the mail. A tracking number will let you know it was delivered to the office. You can also send the visa office a letter saying that the results have been re-mailed as of whatever date, and they should have it shortly.

It will delay it slightly (just until they receive the results, and mark it as received). It shouldn't be too much longer for you.

thank you, again..i'm ease with that words.. i just wanna ask another one f 8s okay..can i just send the embassy an email that they will receive the result shortly? and then after can i ask them also if they did received it??ty

After ko mag reply sa email sa Embassy na naipadala sa kanila ng Nationwide (Makati) ang medical results namin ay wala pa sila reply. Almost 2 weeks na iyon. Sana naman ay ok na. Hopefully i'll receive our passport with the visa na.

hindi din daw okay if mag email ulit kasi mas lalo nila tatagalan..
so maghintay nalang talaga tayo..let's just pray that it will be okay..
it's been 6 months na din sinced i applied..how about you?

pwede naman mag email basta justified ang email mo. The most they would do is jst not to answer your email. Pero kapag justifiable (like already exceedds the time frame for processing) they will reply and advice you kung ano ang nangyari.

Hindi kasi immigrant ang application namin, bale nandito nko sa Canada (Work Permit) at apply ko ang mag-iina ko ng Open Work Permit at Study Permit. November 2010 pa ako nag submit ng application pero up to now eh wala pa result. Last thing i heard from them thru email was when they told me na wala pa daw result ng medical ng mag-iina ko, kaya ayun nga, nag reply back ako sa kanila (Feb. 21, 2011) and wala pa ako update till now. I plan to emil them again by end of this month kapag wala pa rin result kasi masyado ng matagal. Hope all the waiting is all worth it.

yah, MP mo dyan sa canada.. just put your postal to know if sino MP nyu dyan..
according to my husband it will really help especially if lampas na sa processing times ang papers mo.
don't worry it won't affect sa pag grant ng visa..
kasi mag inquire lang na man ang MP, hindi rin cla gagawa ng moves which will affect
your application kasi yung MP was being voted by the people in your place as representative..
anyway try to email the embassy regarding your application, for sure they will reply..Good luck to us!
