Ontario opportunities received my application on July 1st, on JUly 18th I received email with my file number, and request for addition documents. I send those documents by email next day and since July 19th haven`t receive any info from them !!

In my experience, you should submit your documents in person, that would be faster. I mailed my transcript to the office and the document was not recorded for a week. In the next week, I hand on my document in person and got their reply in 3 days.
