THE VO TOLD US THAT IT IS ILLEGAL TO THINK OF MARRAIGE WHILE THE DIVORCE IS STILL NOT HAPPENED , BUT I WAS SEPERATED FOR 4 YEARS BEFORE I MET MY SPOUSE AND GOT MARRIED AFTER DIVORCE WITH MY EX , IS IT ILLEGAL???

to THINK of marriage before divorce is granted is not illegal at all. You are just contemplating marriage. Now, if you go DO marry before your divorce is granted, then it is illegal.

We were in love before I got divorced and we wanted to marry n wanted to spend life with each other then only I took divorce , is tht illegal ? The vo at interview told my spouse how can u think of marraige its tabu and it's illegal coz she was married woman and all we tried to explain but she was seperated for more the 4 years but they refused our qpplication
