Delay TRV online application from USA

submit TRV online application on Dec 8th 2013 from San franciso USA, but till now still didnt get any update information in MyCIC account.
anyone can tell me which consulate is going to process my application? and can leave a Email address for inqury my status? thank you . :'( :'( :'(

Can anyone help me with this one? Perhaps this forum has the right contributors that can help me with the question of the importance of having health insurance when applying for the TRV (this may have become more important now that all TRV applications will be processed as multiple-entry visas).

I have submitted on Dec 16-2013 from TX. Same situation. Looks like all online applications are processed at Ottawa. Sent email to
CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and got useless reply that they received my application and in process. Try sending below details as mentioned on that email
and let me know if you get any proper reply. All the best

Surname (Last name) - Exactly as it appears on passport or identity document;
Given name(s) (First name) - Exactly as it appears on passport or identity document;
Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD);
Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number; and
Application number (V#, F#, EP#, E#, B#).
