There are 5 Factors determining your eligibility criteria.

You miss 1 Factor [Education ECAS], you will get 0 points for it. and 0 means you will lie way behind required points.

It is recommended to submit your application once you receive all the documents to be submitted including ECA report by WES. Be quick and up to date since NOC's are getting filled super faster.
