Delay on CsQ

Hi everyone know o have received the CsQ from August yet? I am been waiting 5 months to get itabut anytime I call the midi to find out why the web site is still on August 8th since December 10th (last update) and they said is still on process I know they have so many applications to look after but I am seriously tired of waiting and not receive any news or any update from immigration. Does anyone got any news from them since the last update?

I sent all the documents on August 6th they received the documents on August 9th and they took the payment on August 14th. Like I said I am been waiting almost 5 months to get it.

Hi guys. Newbie here. Even I am wating for my csq. August applicant. I have a doubt... that since which request the timeline for acquiring csq starts... from the date that we sent the csq app??? or from the date credit card is charged for csq?? or from the date we recieved the acknowledgment of csq charges???? as there are huge gaps between these 3 things... if anyone can help plz! this wait is killing everyone...
